In House Flipper 2, players will want to make money as quickly as possible to allow them to flip bigger houses and potentially create the home of their dreams for themselves. Optionally, there is a sandbox mode for players who just want to build their perfect home. It is a fun mode to experiment in, as it has parallels to the building mechanics in the Sims franchise, but if players are looking to make money, they will have to stay in the story mode campaign.
