She received a Bachelor in Arts in English Literature from Adelphi University, and she's passionate about all things involving the written word. She spends an inordinate amount of time consuming media, whether it's in the form of television, books, movies, or video games. When she's not in front of a screen, Amanda can usually be found hiking her favorite trails, making another pot of coffee, or dealing with her cat's antics.

Amanda's favorite media takes her out of the real world and into more fantastical settings. She's a huge fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, The Lord of the Rings, The Hunger Games, and Star Wars. Some of her favorite TV shows include Game of Thrones, The Boys, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, and The 100. Amanda will never say no to anything involving anime or Baby Yoda.
